About this deal

Our nearly 4-year-old doesn’t nap anymore and rarely falls asleep in the car unless we drive really long distances ( like our trip to Wales earlier this year) or if it’s night-time and she should be in bed. We’ve not been on any road trips since getting this car seat so she’s not napped in it but I know she could fall asleep in it in the daytime as she’s been so close to nodding off but then we’ve reached our destination before she could fall asleep. The side impact protection is very generous which is a great feature and the whole seat is very sturdy and strong. It feels robust and like it’s very good quality! The materials are good quality too and look like they’ll be easy to clean. Amazingly, we’ve not had any spills yet but have treated greasy toddler fingers on the leathery area which we just wiped off.

I think for the recline feature, it makes this seat stand out. I also thought it was really easy to fit into the car, I didn’t have to ask my husband to do it like I normally do. It is really well made and feels like it will last for ages. The harness is really easy to adjust too, with just a tap of a button and the pulling of the belt. It’s really effortless actually, whether tightening or loosening. I found it so much easier than the last seat my son had.The seat is quite heavy at 11kg, so hopefully I won’t be having to take it in and out the car very often. It does seem extremely comfortable, my son has fallen asleep a few times already and we’ve only been on fairly short journeys. The Excalibur is a forward-facing Group 1/2/3 car seat that can be used from 9 months up to 12 years. It has a 5-point harness to be used at Group 1 and 2 stages. The seat has four recline positions. First impressions Faulty products will be replaced as soon as we are able to verify the fault and ship another to you.

So much so that I jumped at the chance to keep it, and have since palmed my own (vastly inferior, as it turns out) car seat off on the grandparents. For maximum safety you should keep your child in their rear-facing car seat until the seat is fully outgrown. I am reviewing the Cozy N Safe Excalibur graphite, Item Number: EST02 A little bit about Cozy N Safe Babies can legally move to a forward-facing seat at the 9kg minimum weight, however moving your child at 9kg forward-facing is not as safe as having them rear-facing.Fitting the Excalibur car seat is super simple, using the Isofix connection points with top-tether and/or by the vehicle’s 3 point seat belt. Aided with clear indicators and guides. The Excalibur is compatible with most makes and models of cars. By 2003 the rights for everything Excalibur had passed to Alice Preston, who continues to run the Excalibur Automotive Corporation as part of Wisconsin-based Camelot Classic Cars. It’s a small operation that exists to keep as many as possible of the 3500 Excaliburs built on the road. But there are no new Excaliburs on the horizon, and whether or not that’s a good thing only you can decide… Read more if the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them. So confident, in fact, that I persuaded my daughter’s grandparents to take delivery of the Cozy N Safe so we could test it out in their car and I wouldn’t have to part with my own beloved car seat.
