The palate has the delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), the alluring caress of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.Brian (formerly of Goose Island), Tommy (formerly of Perennial) and Cory tasted through more than 50 of our bourbon and whiskey barrels in an attempt to craft the blend. It pours a deep purple in color, has a dense fruitiness and a mid-palate with considerable tartness and a lingering, balanced finish. Produced under the direction of chef de cave Benoït Gouez (Wine Enthusiast Winemaker of Year in 2013), it has flavors of almonds and toast, with crisp acidity.

This wine embodies the House's style, remarkable for its bright fruitiness, seductive palate and elegant maturity. We chose a selection of barrels, a majority from Willett and the rest from Heaven Hill that exemplified what we believe to epitomize Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Champagne also gets its name from the grapes used in production, most commonly including pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay at a 2:3 ratio (though variations such as blanc de blancs are made entirely from white grapes). We have been established in the mobile trade since 2002 and ever since 2005 as a private limited company.

This iconic Champagne house was founded by wine trader Charles Moet in Epernay in 1743; it was remaned Moet et Chandon in 1833 after Pierre-Gabriele Chandon de Briailles joined the company as a partner of Jean-Remy Moët, Claude Moët's grandson. K. 2023 boasts the most pounds of vanilla per gallon of beer we have ever released, yet showcases an endless depth, complexity and integration by allowing the time and barrel selection to direct the final experience without becoming sugary sweet or confectionery. Each year at the festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer in Chicago, drinkers enjoy hundreds of wood aged beers.
